My protocols disappeared after reinstalling.

Protocols are tied to your account, not the device. Sign back in with the same Apple ID you used when you created them and everything will restore automatically.

The import didn't parse my text correctly.

Import works best with one block per line, formatted as label: item 1, item 2, item 3. If your text is structured differently — tables, bullet points, numbered lists — paste it into a notes app first, reformat it into that structure, then import. It should take under a minute.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings inside the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. It cannot be undone. If you have trouble finding it, email us at support@getstackapp.xyz and we'll handle it manually.

Stack isn't available in my country's App Store.

Stack is available in most regions. If you're seeing a "not available" message, email us with your country and we'll look into expanding availability there.

I found a bug.

Email support@getstackapp.xyz with a description of what happened, which step you were on, and your iOS version. Screenshots help. We take bugs seriously.
